Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data, location history, family connections, and account settings will be permanently removed from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the WayliLoc App
Launch the WayliLoc app on your phone and make sure you are logged in to your account.
Go to Settings
Tap the Menu tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Settings (gear icon).
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option. Tap on it to start the deletion process.
Confirm Deletion
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Enter your password and tap "Delete My Account" to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- All location history and saved places
- Family connections and shared groups
- SOS alert history
- Notification preferences and app settings
- All data stored on our servers
